Set to open in 2008, the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool is a landmark regeneration project on the magnificent Kings Waterfront site. A unique building, ACC Liverpool comprises of a 10,600 seat arena, an auditorium with a capacity of 1,350, a 3725 sq metre multi-purpose hall, a total exhibition capacity of 7,000 sq metres and 18 additional meeting rooms. The overall design incorporates two unified forms, one housing the arena and the other the conference and exhibition centre. These are joined by a glazed 'galleria', which provides a versatile public space and incorporates fantastic views across the River Mersey. The arena will provide concert and events promoters with flexible layouts and configurations able to host all forms of public entertainment, from rock concerts to international sporting events. Where as the cutting edge conference and exhibition venue provides a modern meeting environment, for both small and large-scale events.

ACC Liverpool will be situated within a complex which will incorporate a 1,600 space multi-storey car park, a range of retail and refreshment outlets and an atmospheric public piazza where outdoor events will be held or where delegates can relax and enjoy the magnificent views. Two new stylish hotels are also being constructed onsite to fulfill delegate accommodation requirements: Jury's will be a 310 bedroom hotel and the boutique, Staybridge Inn, will offer 142 suites. The development is extremely accessible, with delegates being able to travel from London Euston by train in just 2 hours 30 minutes or fly in directly to John Lennon Airport, which has recently increased the number of European flight routes.
