Each conference hire package includes dedicated engineers, delivery and construction with in a 60 mile radius from Berkshire, collection and de rig, the conference running up to 6pm.

Conference Production Packages


Entry Level Conference Set Package

Our entry level conference production package is recommended for smaller conferences of up to 80 delegates - especially where room height is an issue. Historically many people have used simple front projection screens with curtain surround or overhead projector systems. The package offers an 18ft wide, 10ft high light grey felt set surround, 2m x 2m smart black stage, front or rear projection screen, presentation lectern, simple but professional PA and lighting system.

AV
The package includes a 8ft 16:9 projection screen which is embedded into the felt set. The screen allows either front or rear projection (venue size permitting) with a 3500 lumen video projector. The laptop is positioned on the lectern for use as a visual monitor for presenters and for slide control.

Sound
Our package includes quality conference sound equipment. 4 conference loudspeakers are staggered around the perimeter of your venue. The sound package consists of 2 UHF lapel microphones and 2 lectern mics. Each microphone has individual control and equaliser to ensure clear sound without feedback. A 16 channel digital conference mixer enables mixing of laptops, music and various microphone sources.

Lighting
2 fresnels are positioned on smart lighting stands to the sides of the set to illuminate the backdrop, any presentations and presenters. 4 freestanding uplighters also illuminate the set in any colour of your choice. All lighting is controlled with dimmers by our dedicated engineer.

Operators
Corporate productions' operators are chosen for their ability, flexibility and experience in dealing with your delegates. From initial meetings to the day itself, you will be guided, advised and inspired to ensure that your conference runs more smoother than ever before and has a positive lasting impression. The entry level conference set package includes 2 operators - 1 for AV and 1 for sound and lighting.

Elite Conference Set Package

Our elite conference package is designed for larger conferences of up to 250 delegates. The package offers a high impact 34ft wide, 12ft high 3D set surround, large projection screen, presentation lectern, full professional PA and high spec lighting system guaranteed to inspire your audience. A 6m x 3m smart black stage is also included.

AV (Clearer)
A 12ft 16:9 projection screen is embedded into the set. The screen allows either front or rear projection with a 5500 lumen video projector. A vision mixer enables multiple source fade. Two conference laptops, lectern comfort monitor and remote presentation mouse are provided, all controlled by a professional AV engineer.

Sound (Louder)
A high quality conference PA ensures perfect surround sound. 8 conference loudspeakers are staggered around the perimeter of your venue, with 6 lapel microphones, 4 handheld UHF mics (for Q&A) and 2 lectern microphones. Each microphone has individual control and equaliser to ensure clear sound without feedback. A 16 channel digital conference mixer enables mixing of laptops, music and various microphone sources.

Lighting (Brighter)
A very impressive range of lighting is designed to create a high impact. LED Colour bars enable us to up light your set in any colour, whilst profile lamps and fresnels illuminate presenters and any set artwork. Four moving heads are included to create a stunning room wash and walk-in whilst also enabling moving company logos within the venue (custom gobos available - POA). All lighting is programmed to your exact requirements.

Operators (Technically Better)

Elite Pro Conference Set Package

Our elite pro conference package is designed for larger conferences of up to 450 delegates. The package offers a professional up to 50ft wide, 16ft high 3D set surround embedding two 10ft 16:9 projection screens, or a 12ft 16:9 centre screen, presentation lectern, full professional PA and high spec lighting system - ensuring a very high impact enabling you to inspire your audience. A 8m x 3m smart black stage is also included.

AV (Clearer)
Two 10ft 16:9 projection screens or a 12ft 16:9 projection screen which are embedded into the staggered set. The screens are rear projection with powerful multi-media projectors. A vision mixer enables multiple source fade. A conference laptop, lectern, comfort monitor and remote presentation mouse are provided. All AV is controlled by a professional AV engineer.

Our elite pro package includes the most high quality conference sound equipment to ensure perfect surround sound. 12 conference loudspeakers are staggered around the perimeter of your venue, with 6 lapel microphones, 4 handheld mics (for Q&A) and 2 lectern microphones.
